Suzanne & Bob in England

On March 2, 2005, Suzanne and Bob packed up and moved from Shoreline to Cambridge, England. Bob was offered a geophysics research job at the University of Cambridge, and it was too exciting an opportunity to pass up! It's a 4-year post, so we plan to be here at least that long. Leaving Shoreline for Cambridge

Here is a picture our friend Brian took of us while we were cleaning out our old house in Shoreline (near Seattle). Quite a hectic time that was, with Bob finishing up his dissertation defense and then us moving only a few days after that. We've been here in Cambridge for about 2 months now, and things are starting to return to "normal" although the definition of normal changes when you move to another country, as we've found...
